I have very nice upholstered dining room chairs that my grandchildren love to sit on. I bought them to not worry while they are sitting on them. I was an odd size because my chairs are wider in the front than in the back. They work well and the plastic seems to be holding up well.

Dining chair covers should use Velcro and buckles to put the cover on the chair. We decided to remove the 5 screws holding our seats to the chair and wrapped the cover around the seat and then screwed it back on. None of the devices are visible this way, and they work fine. I had to fiddle with the fit, but the result is worth it.

I bought these for my lovely fabric upholstered dining room chairs while my three grandchildren were visiting for a month. My chairs are actually 22 and 1/2 inches wide at the front of the seat, but the cover is adjustable at the front corners and still fits. The strap on the back secures the bag well. The chairs are still comfortable to sit on. Even with the plastic lid, it's a good weight.

These covers are perfect for my large chairs. I left my old plastic covers snapped into place in the back and put a brown seat cover over it and then finished it off with these wonderful heavy duty covers. There are velcro straps on either side of the front legs, a velcro strap that goes under the chair and a buckle on the back of the chair to keep everything in place. I bought these for a dining table with 8 chairs. The chairs are upholstered in beige fabric. I spray them with fabric cleaner, but I've found that guests who wear blue jeans often leave jeans stains on the chairs. I have wider chairs and had trouble finding the right covers. I bought some plastic ties from BB&B that looked really cheap and had plastic ties that never got knotted or ripped.
