This is a good kit but I bought it because it is rated for 220V not 110V. However the iron is 110V. I am disappointed that this not what was advertised. The multimeter works well and everything else is functional. Update - The seller corrected the situation very quickly. Excellent customer service. Full stars for their help.

Used the kit for the first time today and the soldering iron and other tools worked fine until I had to cut the LED strip. That should be easy, but as you can see in the picture, the tip broke off immediately. Otherwise everything worked as expected. Updated: Very happy with this kit. The sellers read my review and then contacted me and sent me a new pair of wire cutters. The set works great, we are very satisfied.

I received this iron to repair my electric guitar and am very happy with this purchase. The iron itself is comfortable to hold and the large number of tips allows for extremely controlled soldering. This was my first soldering and the hardware made things a little easier. Everything else in the set is great. All the different heat shrink tubing is amazing and the wide range of tools makes this set everything you need for basic soldering.
