I switched from a hanging shoe organizer to an under bed organizer to free up more space in my closet (IMAGINE!) I can fit a pair of 4 inch heels in each Fit section, 2-3 pairs of flip flops or 1 pair of trainers, it slides right under the platform bed and I still have easy access to shoes I don't wear every day and more room in my closet! my husband's shoes and they only fit in one shoe/section - (for reference I wear a women's size 6.5 - he wears a men's size 12) These are perfect for us!

At first I didn't like it very much and was confused that it didn't have cardboard support in dividers like I've had in the past. But it turned out to be very useful since I use it for my shoes that I use less often, mainly shoes with big heels and shoes that don't fit in the tiny compartments of the box. The flexibility of this organizer suited me perfectly. There are many additional options for wearing bulky or oversized shoes for lazy flats and still being able to zip them up with ease.

Since there is some inaccuracy in the height answers (and I have very little space under the bed, so I understand), here's a photo where the full height is 5.75 inches, but note that the side and Interior walls are all fabric. I have had this organizer for about a year now and it is still in excellent condition. Just one problem, ladies: they don't hold up high heels well. It's not big enough. Boots are gone, as is anything larger than your average pair of sneakers. Love the organizer. The quality of the fabric is good. Below seems to be an insert that holds the shape I like. However, it can be folded, and because the "walls" are soft, it can be folded for small space storage.
