This hot pot would make a great addition to your kitchen. Now I don't have to heat water in the microwave or kettle anymore. I have hot water 24 hours a day. It looks good and works great. If you drink a lot of tea or other instant hot drinks, you will love this item.

Previous brands have lasted for years. This one rusted in 7 months. The groundwater was dark brown. More than 5 spots of rust have formed on the underside. Tried cleaning twice, didn't help. It's an expensive brand in Japan, but it certainly disappointed. I have already switched brands.

First the product came without a power cord. Secondly, this whole insert says "Made in Japan" - it's not, but it says "China" right on the box. Third, opening the lid dangles a loose item inside. This seller seems to be selling such bad goods that buyers don't bother to return them. Revain, please check your vendors.
