As someone else said, it's made from cheap square stock that can be cut with a jigsaw in about 15 seconds. I bought it for safety reasons, not as a placebo.

I made this to keep my log splitter from rolling away. It fits great but needs more width adjustments, if I can't find the first one it's too wide and comes off the wheel easily. Big visual deterrent.

If you just want to look good then this "seems" to be a good product. However, on closer inspection it appears to be very easy, and it seems that (although I haven't tried it) it would be easy to beat with some basic tools.

This is a very thin metal, someone with a battery powered grinder can work through it in 2 minutes. But it's a great visual deterrent to theft. Each comes with two keys. When I received it one of the keys was damaged and could not be used, so I don't have a spare key for any of them.

Don't waste your money on this, it looks solid but it isn't. Made of thin-walled square tubing. I tried a kerfless core on one of the tubes and it sawed through it in about 10 seconds. And very quiet when cutting. I gave one star because I couldn't give any stars.

Some reviewers say "Anyone with an angle grinder can cut that in a few minutes" and I agree that most of them could get through a lot of gun closets or "lockers" with an angle grinder. While this doesn't make your caravan immune to theft, it does make it less attractive than the one three houses away. A determined person can move mountains with a teaspoon, that's a great deterrent!

This lock is fitted to one of my camper van's wheels as part of the theft deterrent. Light colors show the pendant is protected. It doesn't feel heavy, but sufficient. A nice feature is the little black plastic plug that keeps the rain out of the key lock. This, along with a good bullet lock, will keep bad people from walking with your trailer.
