Easy to modify and press in!

very easy to install. I had to trim the panels to fit because my tank has a divider in the middle of the back wall, but they slide in easily. Cork around allows quick modification with hand tools. Looks great on the back of my ball python's enclosure, I didn't even have to silicone it which is great because it's not their forever home. It also smells great when the aviary fogs up.

Very nice thing

I bought against the backdrop of the Bioactive 18*18*24 Exo Terra Formation for my crested gecko. It fits perfectly, leaving about 5" from the bottom (for drainage/substrate) and about 1/2" from the top to allow for pipe fogging. To be honest I'm very surprised how durable and beautiful this piece is! However, I have to say that the price seems unnecessarily high. I waited until there was a nice discount.

Small rework required

This material looks nice and is of good quality. Had to trim it to fit, had to use 2 of these to fill the back of my terrarium. A little warped when I got them but they were cheap enough that I wasn't worried about that. Most importantly, I had to find a way to attach it to the back of the case so they wouldn't fall off and the snake or rat wouldn't get on it. Overall a great product.

Perfect for the RES platform!

VERY nice! The large piece was perfect for my 40 gallon turtle tank. Cut to size and keyed at one end for a swim platform. You should soak and change the water for a few days as the color of the cork will seep into the tank if you don't. He can support my powerful red eared dog who is about 8 inches tall. Update July 2015: No problems at all. There is a seam and you can see the glue BUT it won't fall apart or cause any problems. Works great in the water and floats well. I had to attach one end…

Came deformed but a good idea for a product!

In theory this is a great product. My bearded husband likes to eat crickets and dubia roaches that climb the tiles. The problem is that the product arrived warped and didn't lay flat on the inside of my terrarium, giving the gap behind it the perfect spot for insects to perch. I would recommend purchasing this product if you can see it in person first to make sure you don't have this problem, but ordering online and expecting it to arrive in perfect condition seems like a daunting task.

Cork bark background tile

Very good for climbing reptiles such as water dragons. I line these terrariums top to bottom with sticks/logs and they look great, keep warm and help retain moisture. I recommend them to anyone who has tropical reptiles that like to climb. My water dragons often hang from it and climb it to get to different branches/levels. The only thing that can be annoying is that the tile is sometimes a little "bent" or "bent", but this can be fixed with glue on the aquarium or screws in the tree. Overall I

High quality, great look!

I wanted the background to look more natural than the styrofoam that came with my Exoterra 18x18x24 terrarium and it was flattened so the silicone would stick to the back of the glass but I got it weighted to ensure it doesn't change shape. It stuck perfectly. This is the same level of quality that Exoterra is known for. If I have to break my other bioactive paludarium, I will change its background as well. The ease of attaching epiphytes and orchids to the cork is a huge plus, I can't wait to…

it looks cool But the mold grew fast

Looks great and is a very nice concept! Each minus deducts a star. Here's why I gave it two stars: 1. It's a little less than what's listed2. Not every piece looks the same (one piece looked like real bark, another piece looked like it was flattened/slightly flattened)3. That's a big reason I'm frustrated! It's advertised and mold resistant! Less than two weeks after I set up my fire-bellied toad varium, a small amount of white mold-like hairs grew and I saw tiny yellow spores around the mold…
