Large size fits but falls off my Great Dane's head. He just doesn't hold up his short hair well. Maybe if it was a little bigger? He cannot go any higher or he falls before his eyes, but when pulled back he shows his floppy ears. It's under his collar, but the collar is loose enough to wear, it's still comfortable and the scarf doesn't ride up everywhere.

My puppy's first scarf! He's a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and his floppy ears keep getting caught in his food bowl. He is on a raw food diet, so any food that got into his ears was very uncomfortable. He is now almost 5 months old, weighs just over 10 pounds and is 'small' snood size. We've had a snood for about a month and he loves it. He wasn't thrilled the first time or two, but he soon realized that diaper time = mealtime. Highly recommended!

It's as functional as it is charming! It's well done. The rope is thick. Excellent quality! I'm size L for my Pitbull and although it's a little loose it's very comfortable. He has one pricked ear so the extra room helps keep the snood on his head. I think the environment might annoy him. This snood keeps you nice and warm in cold weather. He doesn't usually like things around his head, but it doesn't seem to bother him at all. I think the upper size limit here would be an Old English Bulldog…
