Great tool with many features and easy to use interface

I like that it is easy to use with my team members having access from anywhere at any time! It's very simple but effective tool which helps us keep our patients safe by creating alerts when things go wrong or someone needs attention immediately - we can also set reminders so if you're not there within say 20 minutes they send out an alert automatically through multiple channels such as email/text message etc.. We have used this software since 2016-2017 year till now & i've seen nothing bad…

  • Easy to use, easy to access anywhere, easy to customize and easy to use for both admin and end users
Cons
  • Nothing really bad about using it so far

ZoBookz has made managing patient info much easier and faster

The ease to use as well it is very user friendly that makes using this software easy even if you are not familiar with tech stuffs or computers! I think one thing people should know when they start out working here at zoobooks because its hard getting used to but once u get acclimated everything will be fine!! Definitely recommend trying them first before making any decision about switching over from your current vendor/software provider cause there's no going back after doing so. It helps us

Not user friendly, lacking in functionality

I use this software because it is easy to learn how to navigate through my file when looking at each patient's records. It can be extremely time consuming with multiple patients so sometimes you forget what order they were seen or if you have already viewed them before. This program needs some updates! There are many missing features that could help make your life easier as an administrator including but not limited to medication tracking. My team uses it to keep track of our progress towards…

  • Easy interface for new users, very simple navigation system while working in various modules within ehr.
  • Easy access from any computer using Google Chrome browser
  • Able to print reports easily without having trouble finding documents needed later (ie lab results)
Cons
  • Slow loading times during search functions; takes too long
