Enhanced USB/Ethernet Cable Modem: Zoom #802850 Review

Using this product, our team found that the Internet speed was constantly dropping, making our work painfully slow. It's disappointing to see such poor performance for the high price we paid. However, the only redeeming quality is the cable's durability and sturdy design. Unfortunately, we had to replace it with a more efficient cable.

This was a defective item and as I did not install it for serious health reasons I took the time to return it. So it was a total loss!

Bought when the cable company again raised modem rentals. It should have happened long ago. Received quickly and installed right away. It was pretty much fixed with a call to the cable company (it was on their list of acceptable modems). I haven't had any problems since installing it and the price was about 1/3 the annual rent.
