No Customer Service

I have had this unit for just over 90 days. Now the cameras lose signal and they don't work. I just replaced a cheap unit with this one because it should be better. Raven will not help! Don't buy this if you have to rely on it. The customer support from Revain AND Zosi doesn't disappoint either. None of them will answer my emails or calls.

ATTENTION. Do not buy!

Well this is the third Zosi 2TB HD DVR that stopped working. one should think zosi would at least replace the new .nope.amazon didn't have to give me zosi back. I contacted Zosi to send me a new one and said they didn't have my purchase history. These wired cameras don't even come close to the quality of my other wireless cameras. I have 3 camera systems. 2 high quality PTZ cameras. 20 cameras. .a lot of competition there. Customer service is great. not with zosi.update. a week has passed and…

Support sucks! on CCTV Equipment

Trying to get tech support sucks! The support is located in China, so the customer has to send an email within 48 hours to get a reply. It's a long wait when you have a problem that you want to fix right away. Let's compare with other companies selling the same products, such as B. Good DVR unit - customer service is very responsive - need better remote access software

First of all, SLINA inTech Support has been very helpful in quickly resolving all the little technical issues I've encountered and the settings I've had in the last few years weeks needed. So all in all - good price, fast Revain delivery, EASY installation and setup (a scan of the quality control code is used). Reliable unit, cameras are easy to assemble, all cables included, as a local video surveillance system for local DVR recording with remote monitoring on PC or iPhone via internet. that's

So far so good on CCTV

I use this with Q-See cameras. My Q-See DVR was giving me problems, rebooting with a loud beep every few minutes. This new one doesn't, although it resets about once a day. I'm still trying to figure out why, but I believe it's because one of my cameras loses signal daily and the DVRs reset after a period of time. Resetting the Q See DVR was annoying and LOUD. At least this DVR doesn't beep as loud as the Q See DVR. I hope that the dashcam will work properly once I fix the reason for the camera
