Apparently my inner ear is smaller than most. Every pair of headphones I've ever bought has damaged my ear and fallen out. Enter these little gems and my headphones, earbuds etc will be much better and stay in my ears.

I have very small ear canals and the ear tips I ordered do not fit at all. If I don't move my head and sit down, the headphones stay in my ear, but that's inconvenient. Noise cancellation is a plus, but it doesn't work for me.

I bought these replacement earbuds for my daughter's headphones. They should be small. They came in a pack of 20, all "small". The right one is my original and the left one is small. I don't know if I have small ears or what but when I buy headphones I always have to use small cases. And I don't know why, but one night it seems that a person wanders. Sometimes I buy a cheap pair of headphones just because of the small case, but with this affordable set I have plenty of small spare earbuds! They are just the right size, comfortable and come in a nice resealable bag.

My daughter has good headphones for school, but every few days she lost a rubber band! They're actually small and perfect to replace traditional in-ear headphones. They are easy to put on, but will not fall off / loosen in the ear. I find that small buds are much more practical.
