Zotos Design Freedom Regular Perm Review

I've been using this perm since the 90's. If you attempt to shop at Sally's, you must have a beauty license. Make a wet pack, follow the directions and don't leave it longer than stated because it's professional. This is NOT an Ogilvie or Wal Mart perm. THIS IS THE BEST! I will not use anything else and this works on ALL hair types.

Freedom of Design The regular curl is the best curl I've ever used. My brother in law and sister in law used them in their beauty salon and I always got them from him but they are both retired and live far from me so I searched for my Zotoz Design Freedom perms on Revain and there they were and i so grateful. They are simply the best for my hair, they are soft, never frizzy and last a long time!
