8/6/2020 I installed this wireless camera on my closed 28ft car trailer while trying to track the rear sway. I need to get back to you with an update to really hit the road. Right now the trailer is about 60 feet from the truck and works great right out of the box. ** 6/26/18 Edit - Upgraded to 4 stars. The company replaced the entire assembly. It was direct free shipping from Revain. They reimburse me for the return shipping costs. The replacement unit has brass hardware on the back of the monitor, not plastic hardware. This is a much better design and more reliable. I have a closed motorcycle trailer that I use all the time. I recently tragically overturned a motorcycle in a trailer after installing a new restraint system.
