Also, I have to admit that it has been washed in the dishwasher multiple times, which is a no go when it comes to something that needs cutting or slicing. I like that this knife has a large handle. If an instrument's handle is too small, you lose control. Having used this tool a few times, my only gripe is that it doesn't have a little "divot" end for digging out potato…

I really like this peeler. It's very sharp and easy to use. Judging by my photos, I peeled the carrots without any problems. The ergonomic handle is also very comfortable.
