The idea was brilliant. but blacked out on card holders

Great design idea. but they saved us and used regular stretch card holders instead of slotted card holders. So I'm a bit nervous when using it, fearing that I'll often rip and my whole card will fall out.

Bad zipper on cases, holsters and sleeves

The zipper often got stuck and yesterday I wanted to open it and the zipper fell off! The zip material around the prongs was torn so the zip was poorly made, unfortunately I couldn't fix it so now I have a broken pouch that won't close! So now I have to look for something else! 🤦‍♀️

Misleading item best in shoulder bags and straps

A very misleading item as it does not have card slots as shown in the picture. I have previously purchased a case from this company (same type, different phone) and there were two card slots on each side and small pockets with a black horizontal stripe. It's just a tiny space with a black stripe across it. This means that all my cards must be stacked one after the other. Will be returning and buying from another company as I can't see the picture and don't know how my case will turn out.
