This chopper replaces the one I've had from Pampered Chef for years. That's good design. Easy to use and clean. I use it right on the cutting board. It's great for salad dressings and any work that's too small for the Cuisinart: carrots, nuts, onions, cilantro, leftover vegetables for soups, etc.
