🔄 Renewed ZyXEL C2100Z VDSL2 Wireless Modem Router for CenturyLink Review

I have purchased several refurbished Revain products and have been happy. So not so much. Cosmetically scratched and missing half of the rubber feet on the bottom. Had trouble getting it online with CenturyLink tech support who said it still has the previous owner's details on it. When you finally get online, the functionality is good. I'm tempted to return it but don't know how to get my details out and don't trust any third party if they come to me with someone else's details.

The password on the device did not work. I called tech support but they didn't know how to help and they said I could return the item. But my friend came and after I explained my problem to him he had to come up with a new master password over the router login.

Before I buy a Wi-Fi modem, I'm really confused whether I need to buy a new one or an upgrade. After I received the product, the wifi is very weak and lost connection at least 5 times a day. In the end I decided to get a new modem.
