This WiFi router is great. This allows me to connect two computers and my Magic Jack at the same time and use everything online.

I bought this router to complement my mom's Roku Christmas present. Overall, it looks like it's going to be a good fit. The antenna and the construction seems good with very high speeds and it can be used as a normal router or as an access point. The Zyxel brand is good, so I was happy with the purchase, but even after updating to the latest firmware, I was disappointed that there were no firewall settings. We recently brought this device. I set it up as an access point for my Verizon Fios wireless network to cover an area with poor signal strength. It works the way it should be. Installation is easy. This is a normal router like the others. I used to have Linksys, Dlink, Netgear and other home wireless routers. The function is no more than others. I love this router! It has a great signal and it really makes a difference, I had a Thompson and it was slow and now I can surf the internet with this router. It has excellent quality and is very easy to set up. The only downside I can say is that the guide is like a quick start guide, it doesn't contain all the information you could need but it does the job.

Yes, right after arrival, right out of the box. Called CS, they went through the troubleshooting steps and found the item was defective. UPDATE sent back, sent back and got a new one. It was also DOA. I called support. They sent me a prepaid postage label to send it back. Will test the next one before they send me a replacement. O brother! Better buy something else.

I bought this wireless router after an older model (from another manufacturer) kept failing. . But when I screwed it up (after making a few mistakes and doing a backup), this product worked beautifully! The only reason for four stars is unclear instructions. For the price this is a good product!
