Description of NGK HE73 Premium Spark Plug

Set includes 4 wires (Coil Lead N/R). Variable pitch winding delivers ultra-low resistance, a powerful spark and outstanding EMI/RFI noise suppression. Numbered for easy cylinder identification and coil wires are color coded for correct and easy installation. Positive-locking, corrosion-resistant stainless steel terminal ends for tight fit and maximum resistance to vibration and separation. High-temp (250°+ C / 482°+ F) silicone outer jacket resists moisture, oil/petrol and cracking due to temperature extremes.

Amazing price for NGK

Fits perfectly and looks great. NGK's quality can't match, and Revain sold them for $30 less than the local auto parts store.

Pros
  • GOLS certification
Cons
  • Reliability

OEM at its best. on harnesses

I have been a technician for over 20 years and have never had a problem with the NGK brand. Your ignition components are my number one brand. Denso would be my next choice when dealing with foreign vehicles!

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled

The best of the best.

This is all I have ever used. I have a 2002 Honda Accord VP. I bought this set when I bought a new car. A few months ago I bought a second set of these cables. Thing is, I didn't need them because the first set was fine and I had extra money for the car.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Very expensive

at $50 that's about half the OEM cost. .

for $50 is about half the OEM price. It seems that yes, the original wires seem to be a bit stronger and more powerful, but you can buy two sets for the price of one set of original cables. I have 147,000 miles on my ACCORD 2002 LX with original cables. The car didn't start. So I replaced the cap/rotor/spark plug wires - it started... I replaced the spark plugs with stock ones at about 90k

Pros
  • Hands-free
Cons
  • Legacy model

Great looks and performance

Bought these for my 2001 Honda Accord ex ulev and they worked great. They fit perfectly and visually enhance the top of the engine. In terms of power I felt the car ran smoother at certain revs, I feel more power but not by much. It could also be because the cables I had before were original and the car has done 170,000 miles. You really get what you want from them or what you would expect from spark plug wires.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Some flaws

Fits 1998 Accord - Works well

I have a 1998 Honda Accord SOHC I4 (F23A4) with 5 speed manual transmission and these cables fit perfectly. They replaced what I thought were OEM spark plug wires. Just before installing the wires I installed new spark plugs to see how much better the new wires would be. The new spark plugs made a huge difference in my throttle response and smoothed out the (previously) rough idle. I then installed the new cables and noticed that the car runs much smoother at higher revs. Idling is even…

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of fashion
