A comment I wrote on complaints, based on my experience and tried.

When I was doing research on crypto wallets, I recently came across a wallet with a lot of complaints about it ceasing to serve and about fraud, and I decided to try it. First of all, I have to say that I have been using the wallet for a few days.
The wallet's compatibility with every device impressed me very positively. However, it may take a lot of time to download its application. In this wallet, it is enough to install the application on our device to log into the wallet, which is the feature that I like the most and worry about my security the most in terms of convenience.
The wallet only supports one currency. I think many users lost due to this situation. However, I do not think it is a disturbing situation for BTC users.
I deposited $ 31 BTC into the wallet. My deposit took place instantly. However, no transactions can be made in this currency, we can only store it.
When it comes to the interface of the wallet, I think it's too complicated for just one currency. Because some languages ​​are not available.
Later, when I wanted to withdraw the money I deposited because I did not understand the wallet much, my withdrawal was not approved. I tried to reach out to the support team regarding this situation, but got no response. This situation made me very sad. So I can say that I regret depositing money in the wallet.
As for the security issue, as I mentioned above, others may be managing our account because they are not registered with their application.
In short, I believed the complaints were correct and I would not recommend using this wallet to anyone, but if you want to try it, this is your decision.
