Are there any risks in using Blockchains-my?
I decided to download the Blockchains-my wallet, did some research on it before and finally, I was not interested in using it, and I think there is a risk in using the Blockchains-my wallet. I will try to say throughout my review why I think this wallet should not be used.
The main purpose of Blockchains-my is to store and exchange cryptocurrencies. They have no support for traditional currencies so you can't buy here. The exchange functionality is managed through integration with WAXIS. But I noticed it doesn't work properly.
Security is sensible, however, in the absence of 2-factor validation and cold storage alternative methods users might be defenseless against assaults.
Overall, I find Blockchains-my suspicious because, "why wallets with so many features didn't sound good in the crypto market" it is still unknown and their current wallet version is quite inefficient which can be annoying to use, if anyone wants to use Blockchains-my You can try the next update, though I don't think it will work anymore.
Pros
- It has a basic, cleaned-up design that doesn't create any confusion.
- Lightweight wallet, just 11 MBs required.
- Most importantly they give NFC Card which encourage everyday payments.
Cons
- For a long time there were no updates in the wallet.
- Very negative reviews are noticeable on Google Playstore.
- The wallet doesn't work properly.
- Blockchains-my wallet is a bit weak in terms of security.
- The company is still small.
