After much pressurization from a friend, I decided to try out the "almighty crypto wallet" which goes by the name Carbon wallet. This friend of mine has been a thorn in the flesh for me just to have an account with this wallet and after little consideration, I tried it out and would be sharing my experience in this
Well, if you're looking for a HD wallet, then the Carbon wallet should be among the options you would have to select as it is a HD wallet wallet that combines multi-signature to its feature. In fact, the wallet was amongst the first to make use of the three most popular security features we have on the blockchain network today: The Hierarchical Deterministic wallet, multi-signature and 2 Factor Authentication. This is also proven with the fact that it was established in the year 2013 (which makes it one of the earliest crypto wallets available in the blockchain network). Its also a mobile wallet as they have their mobile applications available on mobile devices in fact, I used their services via their Android supporting mobile application. The wallet tends to support a nice range of cryptocurrencies which can be added by the user.
Security is also considered by the crypto wallet as they've been able to put up some security feature, just as the ones I've mentioned earlier in this same review. They also store users private keys on their device but they have it encrypted with the users password or pin first. This would make sure users have access to their private keys not minding the fact that they have it stored on their device. With all these mentioned, I don't think a trader would have a problem with using this wallet until I came across the fact that it isn't regulated. Although some traders fund it okay, I don't. I would not like to have my cryptocurrencies stored in a company that isn't regulated, I just hope they work on being regulated
