Review on ChainDD Wallet by Danh Huỳnh Ngọc Công

ChainDD is a product from the top Chinese company - ChainDD. The wallet is well-designed with a professional interface. There are news sections for people who like to update the events in the industry. It also deliver Markets section which let users update the data on the exchange. However, the biggest flaw about it is that it let users deposit ERC20 tokens but does not let users send to another address. This can be understand with an internal exchange but no. This is the weirdest flaw I have experienced on a wallet.
Pros
- - ChainDD Wallet is the official wallet of a famous medias with the same name which has very many regular readers. The wallet is quite trusted as it is known quite widely by the community
- - From Play Store, the wallet can be downloaded within a few minutes because they are only a few MB in size. Setting up it on the phone is also not a problem
- - Account creation is as simple as possible as the wallet only requires us to create a password (8 characters or above long) and a password hint (optional). It is possible that users can create an unlimited number of wallets and use them
- - The interface of the app is simple yet professional giving me a satisfaction when using it for a long time. Functions and buttons can be found easily on the app as they are well-arranged
- - Sending and receiving Bitcoin are very simple tasks and I don't think people will find it difficult to carry them out
- - The wallet is integrated with a news section letting users read the latest news from the mother brand which is not so bad. There are still some users needing this function
- - They let users check the data of the traded cryptocurrencies and exchanges. The data are shown and demonstrated properly on their app
- - Their customer support can be found on WeChat or via email address. With Wechat, users can press the button in the wallet setting. Their email can be found on their website easily
Cons
- - The language they support are messed up together and I can't understand what some sections say. It is more painful when you cannot copy the texts and paste them in the translators
- - Yes, you can receive more than just Bitcoin. The other ones which are available to be received are ERC20 tokens and Ethers. But you CANNOT send the tokens and ETH to other addesses. This is beyond my personal knowledge
- - There are many better products with good features and reasonable flaws for users to try. ChainDD need to make many efforts to improve their product
- - It does not provide the functions that are in great demands such as DApp or in-app exchange. This is a big drawbacks and a step away from the evolution of cryptocurrencies wallets
