The wallet it self allow investors to buy and store digital currencies, and exchange trade. The higher the verification level, the higher the limits per account for instant buy/sell transactions.

 Deposit and withdrawal can be made in EUR, IDR, MYR, NGN, ZAR, SGD, UGX, and ZMW with trading fees for Maker: 0%  And Taker: 0.10-1.00% .
The services is available in south Africa,Nigeria, Indonesia and Malaysia.

What i like the most about this wallet is that i am able to convert crypto to my indonesian rupiah or IDR and convert fiat to crypto with a few clicks. 
Luno also offers competitive fees for developing country like indonesia. But only individual can open an account in Luno from my country.

The app is really easy to use and i never had any issue about the withdrawal or deposit. Luno is considered a safe exchange in general but it is not available in many country across the globe.

The target market of this wallet is a developing country. In my country Indonesia Luno was officially registered on Indonesia's Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency called BAPPEBTI and certificate number of 007/BAPPEBTI/CP-AK/03/2020 has been successfully obtained by Luno.

 This mean that luno takes regulatory compliance very seriously in order to run the business. 
Luno  has never been compromised before despite of bad reviews from its online user. Currently Luno has Support Inbox for customer service and user must submit ticket support for their inquiries and just one mobile number for customer services.

This is the bad part. A lot of user complaint for a delay and slow response for their inquiries. That would be awesome if Luno have telegram channel for announcement,news or for direct customer services.
