Easy and light wallet
NEO desktop wallet available for most platforms, has an easy to use interface with security, one of its great features is that we can save this asset without needing to download the whole chain since it is only an interaction platform with the main chain of neo, for that reason it is not completely downloaded.
The bad thing is that the wallet does not have customer service, or section of uses or frequently asked questions where we can leave doubts, we must resort to reddit or other platforms where other users share their experience, or in my case download and verify empirically its functionalities
According to some users, they report faults with the synchronization of the data, and some assets may take days to arrive.
