A lot needs to be done on The Pakcoin E-wallet
The Pakcoin E-wallet is a crypto hot wallet that has been developed specifically and only for the storage of Pakcoin. It is essentially a hot wallet as the users have no access to their private keys and all information are stored online. This makes the wallet very vulnerable to Account breach and makes it unsuitable for holding large volumes of Pakcoin. The user interface of the wallet is also a very dull one and the onboarding process is a too simplistic one. Just as indicated by one of the authors, once one clicks the forgot password button, it doesn't tend to go through as it displays a blank white page. This means if one forgets his/her password to the wallet has lost access to the funds in it. Although I sent a message to the support team on email regarding this issue and am yet to receive their response. The live chat support team is also a very inactive one as they are virtually unavailable all day long. This doesn't speak well for a wallet Service
The wallet allows the users to directly from their wallets stake their Pakcoins without much hassle. On the sending and receiving page, only an address is made available and no QR code scanning which can make the transaction process more easier. It truly hasn't been a great wallet and the experience with the wallet very unrewarding and I seriously hope that much attention should be shifted and given to wallet service that houses and stores it's native Pakcoins especially in it's Verification procedures, customer support and User Interface

- The wallet allows users stake their Pakcoins directly from the wallet
Cons
- It's a hot wallet, meaning hackers can easily get access to such wallets
- The Pakcoin wallet comes with a very dull user interface
- QR Code scanning isn't available
- Unresponsive live chat support team
