I usually wear a size 11 {if I can find a wide one}. in sports shoes from Nike or New Balance. I just bought my second pair of Vionic Men's Orthoheel Technology size 11½ 2E and they fit me perfectly. I have a partially pinched nerve in my lumbar spine and need to restrain the leg I'm standing on or I'll feel a shooting pain from my glutes through my right leg to my ankle. I've tried 5 or 6 "orthopedically cushioned" shoes; These Vionics allow me a much better time to spend time in the kitchen (on my feet) and bake a cake from scratch without the pain becoming unbearable. They also prevent heel pain due to my posture. I would rate these shoes 4½ ⭐️ STARS.
