First of all, it's not "high quality filling" but 100% polyester. It's ALSO like the $10 Walmart, just with a little more filling. Still bumpy and uneven, all of a sudden still flat. The only nice thing about this pillow is the removable cover it comes in, very soft and a great cover for my next body pillow. Yes, and the filling comes in its own secondary cover so the cover can be machine washed without destroying the polyester filling. The pillow isn't even full either, a picture of the inner sleeve shows how much was left unfilled, but not full as it was on its side. I was able to take this pillow and hold it straight so all the filling went down and folded over the stuff I had left over and finally put it in the body pillowcase I have that's for a much smaller body pillow is intended (via you can get the baby size at Walmart. I'm 5'5" and the pillow was about a foot and a half shorter than me just for sizing reference). You can't always rely on reviews as inevitable not everyone will be happy but hopefully this will help someone who is choosing between options online to know that these are the downsides I'm still looking for my holy grail of body pillows.
