Looks great, but suction isn’t the best

These look great & we love using them at night, but the suction isn’t the greatest. They are usually all on the bottom of the pool by morning. That said, they are easy to "install” so we keep them in a basket and if we’re going to use them that night we quick stick them around the pool that day/night!

Pros
  • Comes in a pack of 8, enough to illuminate a large pool or pond
Cons
  • Colors may not be as vibrant or mix as well as advertised, leading to disappointment in the final result

Screw light shut on my review.

I bought a set and an happy with how they are performing thus far. They are easy to use and install. Magnets are strong enough to hold them to the side of my above ground pool with no issues. Be sure to make sure they are screwed shut tho. I must have forgotten to tighten one down and it was sheet corroded the next morning due to water infiltration. The other three were fine tho. It still works, just needed to clean off the corrosion. I would recommend.

Pros
  • The lights are easy to install and set up
Cons
  • May not be compatible with all types of pools or ponds, limiting their versatility

Water leaked inside and now one is a rusty mess

Lights well. Remote operates some well. Remote does nothing for one and another is hit or miss. For the price I am not overly disappointed, however, they do not function as they should. Suction works initially but they fall within an hour or so and the suction cups get lost in the water. I would not purchase again.

Pros
  • Can be used in ponds to showcase fish and plant life
Cons
  • May be difficult to coordinate or synchronize with other lighting systems or equipment

Hope you own battery company

Lights were great at first. But go thru batteries real quickly. Have only had them in my pond (which they did look beautiful) a couple weeks and have already had to change batteries 3 times. And when I do put all brand new batteries in only one is super bright like I would expect them to be. Am returning for solarAlso when changing batteries did find moisture inside the casings

Pros
  • Can be used to brighten up a dark night
Cons
  • May be too small or too large for some pool or pond sizes

The quality is oustanding- Amazing product

Ok I bought these for a boat so it will get wet but not be used under water. I have not used them for months at a time as I just got them. Ok that is over now lolThe quality is outstanding! I have been fooling around for years with these kinds of lights the rest are too small, the springs for the batteries on my old lights look like they have been put in by two years olds…….Not here folks perfect fit on the case & on the springs, are all straight & strong. The lights are big not medium or small

Pros
  • Great for large events like weddings or pool parties
Cons
  • May take up too much space or be visually distracting in certain pool or pond environments

Rusted within days in my review

Two of the units rusted completely through within 4-5 days. Per the instructions, I tighted the lids as much as possible, they were properly seated in, "the groove". Placed all of the lights in our (saltwater) pool on the first night. However, as you can see by the photo, they rusted very quickly and became unusable.Pros: - When we first got them, they were bright and worked great - Remote control works without any issuesCons: - Rusted almost immediately - No details on what the settings on the

Pros
  • The lights are stylish and modern
Cons
  • May not be adjustable or customizable enough for some users

Pricey but absolutely fabulous!, built like a tank!

I was a little skeptical about this lights since they were a little pricey but let me tell you I don't regret my purchase and I couldn't be more happier with it. First the lights are way bigger, brighter and nicer than the rest of the light sets out there, Yes, you will pay a little bit more money but in return you get a way better product and a company that offers you a piece of mind and stand behind their product. I used my light set in my son's fishing boat and they worked extremely well…

Pros
  • Outdoor Décor
Cons
  • May cause eye strain or headaches due to bright or flashing lights

Did not like best in my review

I only used these a couple of times. Water got into one of the lights and two of the lights inside that light house stopped working & it ended up getting rusty 😬 I have another set from a different brand that has lasted years, I just wanted to add more to my existing collection. I did like the colors & brightness of these lights, but decided to return these ones.

Pros
  • The lights can be used in indoor or outdoor pools
Cons
  • May not be durable enough to withstand harsh weather conditions or constant use

Good quality in my review

These are a really good quality item. My only problem is the suction cups do not hold very well and the magnet will not work on my pool. I got them in the pool and they looked beautiful but they keep falling down and I have found the suction cups at the bottle of the pool.

Pros
  • Affordable way to spice up your pool experience compared to expensive ambient lighting and landscaping features
Cons
  • May cause an overly bright or artificial appearance that detracts from the natural beauty of the pool or pond

They are not water resistant

I bought the 8 pack of them. I am down to 6 of them and have had them in my pool for just over a week. Two of them filled with water and are completely ruined. I have to hit the button several times for all of them to turn on or off or to change colors.

Pros
  • Can be used stand-alone or incorporated into a pool landscape design
Cons
  • May be unattractive or visually unappealing in certain settings

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Lights are great suction is lacking

Overall these lights are good, but the suction only holds for a day or two. Every time I get in the pool at least one light has fallen off the side.

Pros
  • Enjoy playing with the different light settings to customize your poolside vibe
Cons
  • May be prone to rust or other corrosion over time, leading to financial and logistical issues

Water does not stay out my light got rusted within a week

The Section doesn’t work very well they fall all the time the magnet doesn’t stay on the poles The remote control you have to stand right on top of them to turn them on and water resistance know it gets in them very easily and rest is the batteries

Pros
  • Long-lasting and durable design will last for years
Cons
  • Lights may not be evenly spaced or installed, leading to a lopsided or unattractive appearance

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not bad. Could be better

The remotes don't seem to work all that well and they eat up batteries like crazy. But they make my pool look really nice at night. Could be a little better quality but not bad for the price

Pros
  • Enhances the aesthetics of your backyard
Cons
  • May not be aesthetically pleasing or fit with the overall theme or design of the pool or pond

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Overall worth it. An inexpensive option for a pool light.

The suction cups need to be pressed tight every couple of days. It takes a lot of angling to get the remote to turn lights off and on. Overall it’s a great and inexpensive option for pool illumination.

Pros
  • These lights are a great way to add a bit of personality to your pool or pond
Cons
  • May take up too much energy or be too costly to operate for some users

3 out of 4 worked right out of the box.

The lights are great, but one will not work, I put brand new batteries in them but one just flashes red. I really feel like I should get a replacement since the others work just fine so one is just defective.

Pros
  • Should come with rechargeable batteries.
Cons
  • Suction isn’t that great. I have 4 in a 36x19 pool and I probably could use 2-4 more.

Nice addition to the pool

The only drawback is with the spacing on the lights (I have a 27’ round), you have to walk around the pool to make sure they are all on. Usually three clicks will get all 8 lights on. So if you have a preset color or lighting pattern-they don’t sync up. Otherwise they do the trick!

Pros
  • Remote control lets you change the lights from the comfort of your seat
Cons
  • Bulbs may need to be replaced often, which can be time-consuming and expensive

Versatile and fun. best in my review

I bought this light because I thought of a few uses in my life where a portable remote controlled light would be useful. There are a lot of options out there but this one was designed to go under water which is what drew me to it specifically.I bought this so that I could bring it camping with me, for working in my garage at night, and for when I am smoking meat outside at night. This unit comes equipped with both magnetic attachment. So you can stick it to any metals that magnets will stick to…

Pros
  • The lights can be used in commercial pools
Cons
  • May not be as effective at illuminating large or deep pools or ponds

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Bright but very poor suction

Love all of the options for color and really lights up the inside of the pool. My only issue is that the lights will not stay on the walls suction is very poor The water resistance could be better

Pros
  • Enhances the ambiance of your pool party or evening events
Cons
  • Remote control may be easily misplaced or lost, rendering the lights difficult to use
