My podiatrist advised me to buy these shoes to wear as slippers. They were a lot cheaper than the local shoe store. Very comfortable, fit well with socks but a bit loose without them. I hope they don't get too loose with age. I had to show them at the shoe store before ordering. Too much for "slippers" but worth it if they help with plantar fasciitis. They are very well done.
