990 is the best napkin, but still an industrial TORK.
First understand that this is TORK, not Charmin. This is a commercial quality chunky doily, not a thin quilted plush cloud. But if you're not careful, this is a good quality napkin. The 990 is slightly thicker and offers more durability. But this isn't Tork's thickest napkin. In general, this is a good balance between price and quality.
