Pairing is easy, works great but short distance

I was able to pair 2 of these very quickly. The instructions online were just what I needed to get it working. The only complaint I have is that the range of the fob isn't as great as I'd like, but I can still lock and unlock it from 75 feet away.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • update is available

Don't waste your money. . .

I tried the instructions on the website; that does not work. I've tried recommendations from several other websites; that does not work. Useless scrap. Yes, I installed new batteries. Mama always told me not to buy the cheapest thing on the market. In this case I had to listen. Kenneth Herdon.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH FULL SIZE MITSUBISHI MONTERO 98

I ordered one with 2 buttons. Incorrect instructions for Mitsubishi Montero 98 (not Montero Sport) with factory alarm. The program button is not under the dashboard. It's on the dashboard. However, I could not program the remote control. Tried many times. Have returned the item.

Pros
  • QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
Cons
  • THE LIST WILL BE LONG.

Like the other reviews it is very easy to program and works as I expected. Cool! I hint that I can pass this on, use a small screwdriver to pry them open and put the ring on the bar and then put it back together. They don't come on a keychain. I tried just putting the ring on like a regular key ring, but it got bent and wouldn't straighten.

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • Functionality

Worked as advertised

Although the website listed the address on the fob card it did not provide instructions on how to program the fob properly, it just said 'Contact a locksmith' which I was able to get the correct ones Find instructions with a little internet searching. The process is a bit cumbersome and odd, but I was able to program the new fob and my existing one on a 2006 Montero/Pajero. The process requires you to put a jumper in the socket under the dash, press the hazard switch 6 times (or toggle it on…

Pros
  • Always delighted
Cons
  • Slightly torn
