Much cheaper than a new tire

About 3 months ago I bought a new Cub Cadet ultima z50 mower. The sidewalls on Carlisle tires are really thin, and I discovered this after accidentally driving over a locust-covered branch. I made 3 holes in the sidewall of the tire in about 10 hours. I've talked about just changing the tire, although at $90 a tire I decided I'd give it a try. I'm okay with using an inner tube in one of my tires and I still have an inner tube just in case. The hose turned out to be of good quality, it installed

Good inner tubes to extend the life of old tires

I have an old garden tractor that I use to haul goods around the yard. I paid very little for it, but it works. The rear tires cracked slightly on the sidewall, but the previous owner filled them with slime that kept them from leaking. After a year of use, one of the rear tires started to lose air. I was able to install them without any special tools. Break off the inside and outside bead, then use a large flathead screwdriver to pry the outside bead over the rim. Remove the tubeless valve stem. Insert a tube into the tire and pull the valve through the hole (I screwed on a cheap valve stem…

First time fitting inner tubes on wheels of this size, although I have previously fitted tires on 15" rims and larger rims. Pry bars and large flat head screwdrivers. This requires understanding how the tires fit on the rim, and you can't just force it. If you haven't already, watch some YouTube videos to get an idea of where and where to place the hoop. If you are careful, patient, and even a little mechanically inclined, you can install them. I installed one on a wheel that I removed from the
