Causes red itchy eye

Initially these worked out great the first few days, after about a week or so my daughter started to develop red itchy eye on the eye where she would place the patch over. I asked her what happened and she informed me it was due to the patch and it rubbing . I made sure the patch was put on correctly and this still happened. This would make sense since the patch is from rough cheap material. Although a great concept I’ll have to purchase a different style.

Pros
  • Very good fit and comfort
Cons
  • These tore easily and did not block her vision completely.

Tons of money saved using these over disposables

Wonderful item! My daughter put one on her spare glasses so she doesn’t have to put on and take off everyday while she wears it.

Pros
  • The patches are lightweight and don't weigh down glasses
Cons
  • The patches may cause the child to experience headaches or eye strain

Works with bribes for 2yo

These work well for feisty almost 2y.o. We had to reward/bribe her pretty consistently with goldfish and favorite shows to get her to wear it at first. Now accepts it pretty consistently and also as a bonus will wear her glasses without fighting as well! She hated the stick on variety and cried/tore off immediately. This is much easier!

Pros
  • The pink color is more appealing to children than traditional patches
Cons
  • Patches may cause the child to feel more anxious or nervous about upcoming appointments or check-ins

I just wish it weren't so easy for her to push it out of the way

Work well for our daughter, whom needs to patch her eye each day for several hours of strengthening excercises. She likes the color. I just wish it weren't so easy for her to push it out of the way, so she can peek through.

Pros
  • Improves a child's visual skills, such as depth perception and hand-eye coordination
Cons
  • The patches may cause the child to become frustrated with the treatment process

Careful with adding embellishments

I tried to iron on some little patches of things my child likes and partially melted 1. When I used my iron cover cloth then put on the patches it was okay. She was thrilled with the them due to their color before knowing I could add butterflies, and more excited about it after. Now to increases the excitement of having a stronger eye.

Pros
  • Patches are made to last for extended periods of time
Cons
  • The patches may interfere with the child's ability to participate in certain activities or sports

Easy to use.Great value

Got these for grandaughter and they are super easy to use and so much better than some of the other ones she has used.I would definitely buy again.

Pros
  • Helps to effectively treat lazy eye and strabismus
Cons
  • The patches may cause the child to become frustrated or upset

Best patches I’ve ever bought!

Best investment for patching our daughter’s eye. She doesn’t complain about it being irritating or annoying. It’s super easy to put on and remove. Sure the patches are just a solid color but it doesn’t make a difference to our little girl. The 6 reusable patches more than pay for themselves over the more expensive disposable sticker patches, imo. I will definitely be ordering more.

Pros
  • Ewinever(R) patches are super gentle on children's delicate skin
Cons
  • The patches may fall off during sleep and reduce the effectiveness of treatment

Great for small children

We use this for patching my daughters eye and we love it. Easy to use, great quality. She can even put it on herself and she is 4.

Pros
  • Patching can improve a child's overall vision
Cons
  • The patches may not be as effective if the child does not wear them consistently

Great for kids with sensitive skin

My four year old daughter has accommodative esotropia and has been in glasses for 18 months. We were recently asked to start patching her stronger eye for two hours a day in an attempt to strengthen her weaker eye in preparation for surgery. She absolutely hates adhesive eye patches, as they pull at her skin/eyebrow hair, but has no problem at all with these "patches." She likes that they are pink, and I like that they are less wasteful. It's a win-win.

Pros
  • Can be used for both intermittent and prolonged patching
Cons
  • The patches may be more effective when combined with other treatments or therapies

Comfortable for my toddler.

The only take away I have from this product is that it doesn’t stay in place if the tiny person starts moving about. Other than that, they’re comfortable for my toddler, she doesn’t complain of irritation, and they cover the eye completely.

Pros
  • Patches can be applied by parents or caregivers
Cons
  • The patches may be more difficult to use on children who wear prescription lenses

Great product. Thanks

My daughter has a lazy eye (both eyes actually) and we have to patch her for 30 minutes a day on each eye. She's having surgery soon but they said the work we did with these has paid off tremendously. My daughter has the wrap-around glasses(she's 3) and these slide right over. Great product. Thanks!

Pros
  • The patches don't block out all light, allowing for normal activities such as watching TV or reading
Cons
  • The patches may cause the child to experience discomfort during treatment

Gave them a try. on my review.

I think they're a very good value but having trouble getting my 99 year old mother to be patient long enough to see if they help. Not fault of the product though mind you.Hard to get someone with early dementia to cooperate in general. But I would definitely recommend anyone to try it and at such a reasonable price what's to lose?

Pros
  • Patches can be used during playtime or other activities
Cons
  • The patches may cause the child to become distracted or disengaged from their surroundings

Great Product for my opinion

These work well for my daughter and are a great alternative to the sticky patches that we were using. They are holding up well so far, and my daughter uses 1 every day for a few hours. The 6 pack is perfect! We keep one in each car and the extras at home. Durable and pink = PERFECT.

Pros
  • Promotes equal use of both eyes for more balanced vision
Cons
  • The patches may cause the child to feel more self-conscious about their visual condition

Great patches for kids!

I was uncertain about the material of this when I ordered it but it works great! I love that they send so many in a package and the price can't be beat. My child cannot see around it if inserted correctly, covers different kinds of glasses well. I can see how this patch could tear easily as it is like a reusable shopping bag material but it really doesn't matter as you have spares and the price is good. If the patch is put on the wrong way though, the child can look around the patch and it is…

Pros
  • The pink color is fun and kid-friendly
Cons
  • Some children may experience difficulty adjusting to the sensation of the patch on their skin

Wonderful product on my review.

I tried different eyes patches with daughter because she has an eye condition and this is the only one that she can feels comfortable. I highly recommend.

Pros
  • Patches can be easily removed, leaving no residue behind
Cons
  • Parents may struggle to track the child's progress and determine the effectiveness of treatment

I bought these for a child who has only used the sticker patches and she loved not having the sticker irritate and pull at her skin. She especially enjoyed seeing pink all the time. Haha. Would definitely recommend this product to someone with a kid frustrated with other remedies. The seller had the items here in a convenient zip block type bag to keep it easy to store.

Pros
  • Patches can improve a child's self-esteem, as they aren't stigmatized for wearing glasses
Cons
  • The patches may cause the child to experience double vision or visual distortion

Easy to use. A little itchy

These are easy to use! My daughter hates them though. Says the fabric itches her face. It is a little scratchy but they fit nice on the glasses and cover the eye really well! I like that they come as a set so if you lose one there’s another!

Pros
  • LONG TERM FOR USING: It is reuseble, not disposable.save your money !!
Cons
  • The patches may not be as effective for children with severe lazy eye or strabismus

Easy to use: my feedback

These patches are working well for our daughter who has amblyopia. She initially complained that the patch made her glasses slide down her nose, so I encouraged her to lie back on a pillow while working on her tablet. That helped her get used to having the patch on her glasses. Now, she does almost anything with her patch on without complaining.

Pros
  • Ewinever(R) patches are a cost-effective solution for vision correction
Cons
  • The patches may be more difficult to use on children who wear contact lenses

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works great in my review

Bought these for our 7 year old daughter, we were using the stick on style, but movement, sweat, and other factors cause them to fall off, and once they come loose they don't stick again. So we switched to these, and we love them. Our daughter doesn't complain about them, and they last a while.

Pros
  • Easy to put on & off your grasses.
Cons
  • Children may attempt to remove the patch, making it less effective

Thin but work really well!

Love these! They are kind of disposable which is nice in case you lose one. They are fairly thin but not see through and have worked well for my daughter.

Pros
  • Amblyopia eye patches are widely recognized as an effective treatment
Cons
  • Consistency in wearing the patches may be difficult to maintain for families with multiple children or busy schedules
