I ordered this part for my 2004 Chevy Aveo hatchback and it fit perfectly. I was able to swap out the old part and install the new one with no problems.

The part worked fine. Very easy to install. Took less than 3 minutes. Unfortunately it didn't solve my problem but I figured out what was wrong. It was another part that needed replacing.

Fits my car perfectly, matches the old part exactly. My problem was that my brake lights came on. The brake light switch is stuck and will not retract fully. I bought a new one and the problem was gone.

Fixed an issue where my 2008 Chevy Aveo wouldn't shift out of Park. Simple solution in 5 minutes! If you are having a problem removing the key from the ignition and also cannot shift out of park, you can also replace the shift lock solenoid.
