💡 Enhanced GM D1442G Liftgate Release Switch - Genuine Parts Review

Fits a 2008 Acadia although marked for a truck cover. As stated in other comments, this is the SAME PART. The issue was resolved after installation.

Tailgate won't open. I was willing to go to the dealer to fix the tailgate and at this price I decided to take a chance by buying this new switch. Switch replacement took about 15 minutes, works great. Problem solved. Try this before committing to expensive repairs.

Hard to believe wires can be thinner but this part has lasted 10 years and a new one is a steal!
