I recently bought this to replace my old 30" 1600p monitor which ran at 60hz and wasn't great for FPS gaming and was needlessly taxing due to the high resolution. This monitor is perfect for my system to be able to run at 144hz/fps without any problems. The response time seems absolutely great and to be honest was immediately noticeably better than the old Dell (of course). What can I say. This thing is very smooth and stable at 240Hz. The OD settings also help produce sharper images. Also works with Gsync and my 1080ti if I wanted to, but I mostly got it for CSGO and it flies. Picture quality is good for a TN panel, but understand that this is NOT an IPS panel with picture quality. Tested against Viewsonic XG270 and this one is more suitable for gaming. It's just smoother and more stable. Highly recommended if you play competitive FPS with ultra high frame rate.

I am very happy with this monitor and the only reason this isn't a 5 star rating is that the monitor had a really bad "burnt plastic" smell when it arrived, which basically went away after about a week , but not completely. I don't think the problem is with the internal electronics as the monitor stays cool and doesn't produce any significant fan noise/hum that I would expect from an overheated monitor. The smell was immediately present even when I first opened the box.

This monitor is HUGE! Love it! I had to tweak the color settings a bit to get what I like, but after that it's just great. True 144Hz, true 1ms and true 1440p. Absolutely amazing monitor. Before I bought this I was playing on a big TV while playing on my Xbox One x. Switching from a 55" to a 27" monitor has undoubtedly improved my game when playing multiplayer shooters. I thought bigger would be better in this case but a monitor of this size is perfect and I can see much more clearly and my responsiveness has improved.
