Between the drawers in our kitchen and the drawer in the laundry room, you could hardly open or close them because they were full of tools and stuff. This new tool chest with all its extra compartments was perfect for cleaning and organizing; Tools, nails, tape, a leather hole punch, etc. Now we can close and open drawers and find a hammer without a growl. I needed a new tool kit and got this one. When I received it I was a little disappointed because it was small and then it only got worse. I like the little storage box it comes with and I like the top storage compartments too, but the lids on them are weird and it's hard to tell if they're locked or not. All in all a very good little tool box. The included parts holder is one of the best I've seen and does a very good job of organizing small parts. The included tool tray is good and can be very handy. The metal on the main latches is sharp and needs to be ground down. Typical for this type of metalworking with stamped parts. I had a few left screws and booklings and so on from various jobs that I kept in envelopes, plus a few random non -matching sixth keys and those that do not in my kits and other tool kits fit . I kept them in envelopes and in a small plastic basket, but I saw this and thought it was perfect. That's how it is! Lots of small compartments, especially with the small plastic box. I read the dimensions of the case before ordering it but it is actually very small when it arrives. In comparison to my other tool boxes, it is simply very small. Well, that might be fine if you just want a small tool chest, but just know that it's very small.
