There are many things I love about this bag. The size is great, not too big and not too small. Organized in all departments. Except for the inner lining I would give 5 points. It's bulky and gets caught in zippers.

The bag is very soft, maybe a little more than I need. I wish the handles were a little bigger so they sit better on the shoulder when the shoulder strap is not in use. They were a little tight. I would have kept them if they hadn't been damaged upon arrival
