Buy for pleasure, not for hunting (unless you're rich)

Great concept and cute art, but don't buy it if you're hunting a specific villager. Just get NTAG and use your Android device to download the resident you want. I guess if you have iOS you really don't have a choice?

Don't collect them all

I love the idea of collecting these cards and even using them in games, but right now there just aren't enough ways to use them in games to justify spending $120 because so much Time will have you about Spend in getting them all after getting duplicates and trading the few you need. I think the price is a bit high at $1 per card considering how many duplicates you get.

Pros
  • All is well!
Cons
  • Long Shipping Time

Great amiibo cards!

These are some cute Animal Crossing trading cards. Each set contained 6 cards including a special holographic card. The cards are bright and of good thickness. Besides collecting, these cards act as amiibos. They can be used in several games, most notably the latest release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons for Nintendo Switch. I would recommend that to everyone.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Some challenges

Great collectibles!

What do you not like? Breakdown: - Well, they're expensive. I'm used to buying MTG cards and when I see 6 for almost a dollar each my wallet cries. Just. Just remember that they have an NFC chip and additional features and you will be fine. - Well made and well packaged. Thick cardboard, bright colors, thoughtful design. I expected nothing less from Nintendo. Rigid cardboard packaging prevents sagging. - You are really cute. dear af Just look at them! Bottom Line: Nothing to say other than this

One way to increase your mileage with the Animal Crossing franchise

To be honest, I was skeptical about amiibo cards. Amiibos were hard enough to punish, not to mention the cheaper and potentially less accessible blind card packs... but it was a fun experience in the end. I didn't try to collect them all because that would be too much money. However, after a few packs I have minimal duplicates. The only reason this doesn't get a five star rating is my own subjective thoughts on the choice of characters on the maps. I'm also concerned that Series 2 will be out…

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Boring packaging

It was fun getting these little cards, but.

I had certain dwellers I was hoping for, but instead I got a bunch of cards that I don't need and will be passing on to others. However, this is not the seller's fault and of course does not affect my rating as I gave it five stars anyway. Processing and shipping was incredibly quick - the order arrived eight days ahead of the originally stated date and with everything now going on I was shocked to say the least. Unfortunately, since Nintendo will no longer make these cards, and the cards I…

Adds a new level of fun to Happy Home Designer and the Amiibo Festival!

I thought trading cards were priced a little high until I discovered that they actually have an integrated chip that can be read and written to ! Suddenly the price seems pretty reasonable. I originally thought you were only going to use them to add new characters to your game, and they are, BUT you can also use them to design a house in Happy Home Designer, save to the map, and the custom house you create in Animal Crossing load. : Amiibo Festival along with the character! The cards are also…

Cute, fun and collectable!

I was skeptical about the release of these cards. Mainly because other amiibo releases haven't been able to keep up with supply and demand. So the first one to buy all the shares gets a reward, while the rest have to pay speculative prices. These card packs are the opposite (don't let the Revain scalpers scare you). ToysRus, Target and Gamestop always have a decent supply (8 to 18 bags of clothespins or showcases) on hand even after the release. daily rush. So I would advise anyone interested…
