I used it with a 12w charger and cable. It charged my AirPods, slowly charged my iPhone XS Max, and didn't charge my iPhone 11PRO at all. I switched to a USB-C to USB-C cable and it charged everything and it charged them quickly so I won't complain too much but there was an extra cost.

Another fantastic Anker product! The design and aesthetics are great and it looks really good on my desk. The rubber pad on the top is great for keeping items in place. I used it to charge my Pixel 3, iPhone SE and AirPods. Everything works very well. With the right wall adapter, everything charges just as quickly.

Pros: - Super fast charging on Pixel 4, way faster than I thought - good design, no slip, easy setup and phone pick-up - works with standard -Pixel USB-c to USB-c PD Charger (for USB-c fast charge, you must use 9V 2A input, please check the power adapter). Not very bright, but enough, it casts a shadow on the wall - Could be thinner, but I understand it needs space to cool down when charging fast.

This charging port has always been a bit clunky as I had to place my phone right in the middle or it wouldn't charge. I noticed that it charges much slower than plugging the phone directly into the wall. Now 3 months after purchase it has completely stopped charging my phone. I can see the little light blinking when I plug it in (and I've tried a few outlets) so I know it's registering electricity. I even tried removing the case from the phone but it just doesn't work. A real disappointment.

Update: Since Prime Day didn't have better options (and my first charger also failed after less than 1 week of use) I decided to get a replacement. The second device seems to perform much better, getting over 2000mA of charge current when cold, but still couldn't charge more than 15% before overheating and slowing charging to a bare minimum. It might be worth the extra cost for the little USB-powered fan I brought with me, but they really shouldn't be selling these Qi fast chargers without…

Edit: Anker customer support contacted me about this issue and fixed it. I forgot to mention that Anker offers a guarantee that goes well beyond Revain's return policy. I ordered this Qi charging cradle a little over two months ago. I also bought a standard 10w charger and two Powerwave chargers. In fact, I buy almost exclusively Anker cables and adapters. LED lights up when charging. I can't find this useful information as the phone can tell me a lot more. One star off because I had to glue it on. Anker LOVES bright blue LEDs and I love Anker.
