Just opened the box and the hose is hard plastic that won't twist. The plastic hose has markings that make it look like other flexible metal hoses. Looks TERRIBLE and the hose will stick out of the wall by about 30cm. I'm sending it back.

I've seen so many reviews complaining about the hose sticking out, being too tight etc. YOU HAVE TO PLUG IT IN AND DRINK HOT WATER AND THE HOSE WILL GET HOT AND DETACH. Common sense. This shower head is perfect! Plastic so it doesn't rust but you don't even notice and the print is amazing! I love it! The best return on your money!

It works but the hand block feels very light and is made of nickel plated plastic. I know this thing will shatter into pieces if dropped. In addition, the hose is very stiff and does not hang straight due to the tight packaging. I wouldn't buy this again. I don't know why there are so many rave reviews.

We bought it about a year ago and we really like it. We needed another one, so I checked my order and clicked the buy again button, expecting to receive the exact same item. I just unpacked and installed it, and this one had a crappy plastic tube that wraps around itself. My first purchase was a flexible stainless steel hose. We are very disappointed with the crappy hose.

So I finally installed my new hand shower and hose and I have to say it works great! It was very easy to install and has a wide range of settings that I can use in the future. The main shower has a great pattern with lots of pressure as I removed the water restrictor in the shower head handle as instructed. Also, the water saver really works and only drips like it should unlike the old one I replaced which didn't drip like it should at all but was a stream of water. I'm very happy with this…

Good price for this shower head. I almost bought a nickel finish to save a few bucks, but I'm glad I decided to spend a few bucks more to match my existing fixtures. This was a replacement for another hand held shower head. I reused the hose from our old head as some reviews of this product mentioned leaks in the hose. Installation was easy! Consumption was very good, better than the one I replaced. I didn't have to remove the flow restrictor. In fact, I routed the flow to the shower head where it was for our old shower head.
