The colors are much nicer than shown, reflecting a very light finish and a good clip. Read the description but it is 1 1/2 inches from the top of the clip to the bottom of the ring. I was looking for new snap hooks for my practice grip. The ones that came with it were a bit big. When the edges of the feather were trimmed, a significant gap was left.
