Worked well at first but then the bristles started to move and got caught in the espresso dispenser. I would not recommend this for heavy use like in a commercial environment.

Very cheap. The first time I used it the brush fell apart and I spent 10 minutes picking bristles out of my espresso machine. It came with a spare brush but no thanks I'd rather not remove all the bristles that fall out in clumps.

Beautiful and highly effective. I bought it even though I had never seen or heard of such a design before. This keeps my seal and surroundings clean and tidy - there is no longer any base that could cause the group to expire. It even comes with a second set of brushes (although I don't think I'll ever need them). I use what is known as a prosumer machine (read: not cheap) and can be picky at times. You can take this kid to the bank.
