    Seams came undone after one wear

    These shorts took a couple of weeks to ship which was a bit annoying and unexpected on Ebay and they started fraying at the top seam after the first wear. These shorts are a size 6/8 and we bought them for my very slim 5 year old. They fit her perfectly and have only been washed once before wearing (washed on delicate tumble dried flatbed). That's to be expected from a cheaper brand, but I grew up with Capezio and expected more.

    The size doesn't match my opinion

    I bought a very similar Capezio short from our dance studio and it fits perfectly. They are at least 3 sizes smaller than stated on the tag. The big one can fit a 5 year old child with no butt. Maybe they sent a big baby?

    Bigger...!!: my rating

    After reading other reviews I decided to order a size up and was happy with my purchase. My daughter usually wears a 4/5 and I took 6/6x. They're tight and short for dancing, but not obscene.

    It is required to complete the Christmas dance costume. Looks great on her. I was scared because it looked tiny on the packaging but it worked.

    Size description is incorrect.

    The theses were advertised as "Big Girl" oversized and they were very small. I gave them to a 10 year old skinny girl and they fit her perfectly. I don't think the description is accurate.

    They are undersized. My daughter wears size 10 panties and they were too small. Fits more like 7/8 than big. Definitely increase size.

    These run very little!

    I gave three stars because while the quality is excellent, the sizes are far off! I ordered 10-12 and they are smaller than 7-8 from another brand my daughter has outgrown. Be sure to increase the size!

    Good shorts but they only need to be hand washed or the threads will tear.

    The shorts fit well and look great on our daughter (who wears them to gymnastics) but the threads came undone after the first wash as other reviews suggested. I think you really need to wash your hands. If you don't want to hand wash I would skip these shorts.

    Broken seam suits me

    I love these shorts for my daughter but the seam on one leg came completely undone after one wear. I followed the care instructions and they are still unraveling. I'm not sure if I got a bad pair, but Capezio shorts usually fit well. Disappointed because these are not cheap shorts.

    The product is excellent. I thought they had a hole but my daughter ripped out the tag and a hole appeared. If they didn't, they would be great. The second pair we received are great so far.

    Comfortable shorts with a wide range of colors, wash well. The legs are pulled up so that they ride up like underwear when you wear them under a skirt, not like shorts.

    Short cute tights (under something)

    My daughter needed some encouragement but she wasn't what she wanted but we kept her anyway. Booty shorts and young girls don't mix, so if you plan on wearing them under your skirt to prevent accidental slips, then that's great, otherwise you'll have a hooker in your workout.

    Terrible size

    it's not a 10/12 girl more like a 4/5 girl it looks too small like under a boys shirt my daughter won't wear these little things they literally look like that from a shirt boy, and my daughter is very skinny, i ordered 10/12 so they are bigger on her and not too small and tight on her bum. They look like a very small pair of adult boy shorts due 10/12. definitely NOT to be returned. Good quality fabric, thought they felt really comfortable, soft, stretchy and thick material.
