Please be careful when you buy in time for someone.

I paid for a total of 12 sets of permanent hair dye. I have 6 permanent color kits and 6 base color kits that I did not specifically order. I ordered them for a world famous cardiologist who is going on vacation and is very upset. I want my money back for the Root Color Kits.

It is an excellent dark brown with a possible red cast. I love it.

The process was easy to follow and I ended up with a great color. I was trying to go back to my original light brown and my stylist said I had to start with a shade darker than my original. It took me a while to get used to this new dark color, but I ended up liking it. I went back to or close to the color I was when I was 40 and am now adjusting to darker brows. a color that looks better with my brown eyes. I'm 63 years old and I really like the look. Thia is NOT the original formula as posted!

Loved loved the old formula, used it for about 25 years, same color, great result. Clairol has changed its formula to a cream instead of a liquid and the colour, results and application are basically the same. It's terrible. I used to have a colorful, shiny, beautiful color. Now with the same color, my new growth looked like someone had sprinkled flat gold dust on my head, was that a joke? By the way, my color was 5g/117. Great buy, great shine and coverage, true color

First time using this color. I usually buy Garnier Nutrients but they were out of stock on Amazon. I ordered this and am so glad I did. The color is a deep, rich, authentic medium brown with golden reflections in the sun. This is a wonderful colour. The shine is amazing. Now I will buy this brand and color. I used all the boxes at once because my hair is long and very thick. It had great coverage, minimal harsh fumes. i really like it

New formula makes my hair fall out. I'm not the only one this happens to. I specifically ordered 5G/117 NATURAL Medium Golden Brown (OLD FORMULA). They sent me 5G Medium Golden Brown (NEW FORMULA). The boxes are different and the ingredients are definitely different. I am returning the order for a full refund.
