Great Product!: Cleaning and Maintenance

Worked great to patch a 3-4 inch hole in my RV roof that had a branch going through it. It hasn't been used for a long time, but it held up great on the first ride after application. It doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I highly recommend it!

Works very well in RV Parts & Accessories

Great anti-leak patch. Holds tight to RV siding. But very small coverage area. Buy three packs if you think one is enough. I cut the patches in half as I needed to fix the seam line. I should have bought at least twice what I ordered. The contents of the package occupies an area the size of a notebook paper.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I don't like anything about it, everything is fine

There was a hole, fix it.

After a big storm, I found myself with a quarter-inch branch on the rubber roof of my RV. I cleaned the hole, cleaned the area around the damaged area and patched the roof. 8 months later, with hundreds of miles and rainy weather on my rig, the patch still looks new and works great. So good I still have one in my camper emergency kit.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unsafe

Easy to use when repairing RV roofs.

I used this to patch a few small holes in my 2004 Chevy Coachman rubber EPDM roof before resealing the entire roof with an EPDM coating. Ease of installation. Wipe the area with denatured alcohol (O didn't use the small wipes provided), cut out the patch, remove the protective film, place on the hole, roll, roll, roll. So far, so good. If you already have Eternabond or another thin butyl tape it's pretty much the same.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires socket

Quick and easy, only took a couple of weeks.

Used to repair a small nail sized hole in my EPDM flat roof. The repair was relatively quick and easy and there have been no leaks so far. Didn't have time to wait for a proper repair kit as I had to leave town 2 days later. I also used a clean rag and a bottle of 90% isopropyl alcohol to clean the area instead of the swab that came with it. I'll update if there are any issues, but so far it's holding up well and has been quick and easy to use.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure
