Really great for training. I play tennis and run in it and they work well for both. I wish the spandex liner was tighter, my phone is still dangling in my phone pocket. It didn't fall out, but I would have preferred it to fit snugly around my foot.

They're good for function and comfort, but the outer shorts are designed for a 5 inch inseam. The inner liner fits as expected, but the outer shorts hang lower, almost like a crotch, so the shorts sit closer to my knee than a traditional 5 inch inseam. They just look longer and baggier than I expected. I'll have to look elsewhere for actual 5 inch shorts.

I've been trying to find shorts that are long enough but not too long, fit well, with pockets and that's what I need. I like the feel, not tight and not slamming on the legs. I will buy again

They fit perfectly, I ordered size 34 and XL. I wanted to have some space in them when working out, they feel great and I will be ordering another pair.

I use them for the gym and they work great! They are really light and thin, so breathable and not heavy. Compression shorts are great! The pocket is perfect for a cell phone. The zip pocket is also great for small items like AirPods or keys if you want to keep them in a safe place! In addition, there are great shorts at a great price!
