Contrary to what some reviewers claim, these knives are heavy and can cut through even thick cuts of meat. I'm glad I bought. Good value for money.

These are not designed for the heavy duty use advertised. they bend and bend easily. We needed stronger plugs for our break room at work and had to return them. The ones at Costco and Sam's Club (clear, not white) are better.
