favorite knife! best in kitchen and dining room

I love Dexter Russell knives! They keep the blade sharp no matter how often you use it. Perfect for cutting almost anything!

works perfectly. Needs sharpening

I eat fish at my weight every week and that's what cleans them. works perfectly. However, it needs to be sharpened, it will be as sharp as a butter knife.

Excellent Quality.: Kitchen and Dining

I have hundreds of dollars worth of professional knives that I have used for work that perform comparably and I don't have to worry about my spouse using them ruined Put it in the dishwasher or in the drawer.

Pros

Cons
  • Disappear

This knife is good value for money.

I am ambidextrous (meaning I can use this knife with both my left and right hand). The handle of this knife is designed in such a way that I can easily use it with both hands. I use this knife for butchering fish and I use it in the kitchen. Thank you KC

Just a great filleting knife that keeps its edge

I have 10 different filleting knives because I keep buying them in search of quality. The ones sold in sporting goods stores in clamshell packaging aren't actually very good, and despite so much effort over the years they never get really sharp. I recently bought a Bubba blade for $50 and I love it, good grip, sharp blade but too expensive and I'm scared of dropping it in the water. Then I found out what professional butchers use, Dexter, and I realized that for $12 I found a top quality blade…
